At Idolize Salon we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. In order to do so, all of our scheduled appointments are confirmed via text message, email or both depending on our clients’ preference. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments not cancelled or re-scheduled before the 24 hour grace period will be subject to a no show fee.
